o Administrative management of international external relations and resource recruitment, including Organizing and coordinating travel and maintaining contact with entities overseas.
o Communicating with internal college entities, the Ministry of Education, the Planning and Budgeting Committee, the Council for Higher Education regarding matters under the purview of the College President.
o Coordinating and organizing meetings of the Board of Directors, the Higher Academic Council, management meetings, and internal appeal committees.
o Ongoing management of the President’s calendar.
o Responsibility for hosting and managing refreshment arrangements.
o Other tasks to be assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree - required.
• Five years of experience in administrative/ secretarial / personal assistant positions, including work with international entities, organizing, and coordinating business travel - required.
• Experience working in the public sector, local government or academia - significant advantage.
• High proficiency in office management and organization - required.
• Very high proficiency in Office 365 Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel - required.
• Ability to create presentations based on professional material using digital tools, such as Canva, PowerPoint, and other AI tools - mandatory.
• Very good command of English - required.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including willingness to work in the afternoons - mandatory.
