We are seeking a driven and proactive Office Manager who will oversee all aspects of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily functioning of the office, manage the office supplies and IT equipment.
Liaise with service providers, the cleaning contractors and maintain a seamless operation of all facility needs.
Assist the accounting department and handle invoices and expenses.
Address employee requests and provide solutions while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Admit and attend to the company’s visitors, candidates, and suppliers.
Orchestrate and initiate employee experience activities, such as team building and company events, holidays, gifts and incentives, etc.
Manage the HRIS system - update employee records and maintain accurate data.
Manage and monitor employees’ attendance and absences.
Manage the employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks, as required.
Coordinate meetings and provide administrative assistance to the company’s senior management.
Support the HR department with employee experience, employer brand and other HR related issues.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in administrative / operations positions.
Experience with office tools (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace, Monday or similar project management systems).
Proficient in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and "can-do" attitude
