For a Dynamic High-Tech company in Kfar Saba, we are looking for an Office Manager with a proactive mindset and a 'get things done' attitude
Location: Kfar Saba | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 from home) | Full-time
This is a multifaceted role, with 70% finance-related tasks and 30% general admin and HR.

What You'll Be Doing:
Finance – Handling Customers operations requests and invoices, tracking collections, managing supplier invoices and payments, preparing payroll (including attendance tracking), banking, budget categories, and month-end closing.
Office Management – Overseeing daily office operations, welcoming guests, ordering supplies, coordinating with cleaning staff, administrative support to company’s CEO, and ensuring a great work environment.
HR Support – Organizing team events, gifts, onboarding/offboarding, and assisting with recruitment.
Travel Coordination – Booking flights/hotels and handling expense reports.

דרישות התפקיד

3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an English-speaking environment.
Solid experience in office management & financial processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel skills are a plus!).
High level of English.
Familiarity with Priority and/or Zendesk – an advantage.
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and stay organized.
