Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging, data analysis, ML, engineering, and multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 1,000,000 requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will support our founders from A to Z. To ensure they have all they need to manage Arpeely successfully. Find creative solutions for any issues that may arise in a timely manner, and predict future obstacles and come up with quick solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Complex scheduling for Arpeely’s founders and ensuring their calendar is up to date.
Support with administrative tasks such as booking travels ,appointments, schedule and organizing meetings, conference calls and other business functions.
Represent senior managers in front of investors, and key personnel both internal and external to the company.
Provide timely responses to emails, voice mails, and written correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Initiate special projects, including high-profile planning events, board meetings, reports, presentations, and briefs.
Solve all issues both beforehand and also in real-time.
At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a similar position.
Full proficiency in English and Hebrew, verbal and written.
Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
A high degree of proactiveness, professionalism, and strong work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Great interpersonal skills, service orientated, and a team player.
Excellent understanding of Calendar apps, GMail and MS Office.
