Process Engineer / Specialist
תיאור משרה
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer / Specialist to design, build, and operate a state-of-the-art production line for the assembly and tuning of miniature silicon-based crystal oscillators. The role requires expertise in managing cleanroom operations, semiconductor processing techniques, and precision assembly methods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process development and optimization, as well as a deep understanding of cleanroom manufacturing standards.
This role is integral to ensuring the reliable production of high-performance oscillators used in applications such as telecommunications, medical devices, and aerospace systems.
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, MEMS devices, or high-precision oscillator production.
o Experience working in a cleanroom environment with a focus on silicon-based devices or crystal oscillator assembly.
o Hands-on experience with cleanroom equipment such as wire bonders, pick-and-place machines, plasma etchers, and precision tuning instruments.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of semiconductor processing techniques such as wafer dicing, bonding, etching, and encapsulation.
o Familiarity with MEMS technology and tuning of precision oscillators.
o Experience with cleanroom operations, contamination control, and maintaining ISO standards.
o Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) and familiarity with quality management systems.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Certifications (preferred but not required):
o Six Sigma certification
