Daily communication with our subsidiaries (100+) worldwide to support them with their e-Commerce platform (Trainings/Marketing/Maintenance…)
Trainings online (in English) – Presenting the new options to our subsidiaries and push existing modules
Platforms development – Team brainstorming for ongoing improvements
Daily communication with our IT & follow up on ongoing tasks & bugs
Analytics & platform Improvements

דרישות התפקיד

Bachelor's degree – Business or Marketing or other relevant degree
Proficient in English – both written and spoken– Must / other languages – advantage
At least three years of experience in customer service/account management/business development/Marcom
Experience in technological projects
Experience in e-Commerce or other platform management (CRM) – strong advantage
Google Analytics – advantage
Good communication skills, team player, positive attitude, well organized
Microsoft Office – Mandatory
Jira/Teams/Slack – advantage
