We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with a strong Python background and leadership experience. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications in Python.
? Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards.
? Drive agile development processes and optimize workflows.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
? Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:
?? 5+ years of development experience, primarily in Python.
?? 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
?? Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GraphQL, gRPC.
?? Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
?? Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
?? Proficiency in English and Hebrew for customer-facing interactions.
