The Job:
As a Head Of Paid Acquisition, you will be leading the PPC display user Team. You will be responsible for defining and developing the user acquisition strategy and roadmap of Display channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, DV360, Twitter, Linkedin, and others. You will be responsible for driving financial performance & attaining measurable results through projects and acquisitions activities. In this role, you will also collaborate with BI, Retention, Product, Data Science, Design, and external teams to identify trends and insights, as well as optimize user experience, flows, and messaging to drive the growth of the customer base.
What you are going to do:
- Lead the Display Acquisition Team – Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale performance-driven display channels effectively.
- Drive Strategic Growth – Develop and execute long-term -strategies, design frameworks, and technical requirements to optimize display paid channels and achieve business objectives.
- Implement a Robust Testing Strategy – Establish a continuous -testing framework to enhance channel performance and maximize efficiency.
- Explore New Opportunities – Identify and evaluate emerging trends, audience targeting strategies, new platforms, tools, and features that align with growth goals.
- Enhance Data & Measurement Capabilities – Work closely with Data Science and BI teams to refine tracking, measurement, and data management systems, ensuring deeper insights into paid social performance.
- Strengthen Business Partnerships – Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive high-impact initiatives and expand strategic opportunities.
- Optimize Processes & Reporting – Develop structured workflows, implement best practices, create project roadmaps, and ensure high standards of reporting for paid social activities.
Main Requirements:
- Proven Leadership & Management Experience – Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in leading teams and driving impactful results.
- Ability to lead & drive team/interfaces, project management methodologies
Experience with YouTube, DV360 as a media buying tool
- Experience in media buying, planning measurement programs across various tools & DSPs
- Experience building programmatic media through DV360 or other platform
- Experience at companies with global customers/users. Tech companies preferred
- B2C environments with large user scales
- Understanding of creative: Work closely with Creative team, know best practices across platforms, brief writing, providing creative feedback on scripts/banners/videos
- Strong English presentation skills
