Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, internal auditing and external reporting to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and accounting standards.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk exposure.
Manage financial risks.
Design and implement financial policies and procedures.
Manage the finance team.
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with the company’s business strategy.
Develop and implement capital-raising strategies.
Lead investor relations and build strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and strategic partners.
Oversee financial due diligence for M&A activities and investment opportunities.
