What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
- Collaborate with senior team members to recruit and onboard new affiliates
- Monitor traffic performance and optimize for better results
- Support weekly performance reviews and feedback processes
- Assist in managing CAPs and lead statuses to drive ROI
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team
- Address affiliate and client inquiries in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (mandatory)
- Fluent English – written & verbal (mandatory)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable team player eager to learn and grow
- Academic background in marketing, business, or related fields (advantageous)
