React Team Leader

Lead the design and development of a high-performance React.js web application.
Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Mentor developers and drive technological innovation.
Collaborate with global teams to align development with business goals.
Ensure seamless integration with backend systems (MongoDB, Node.js, AWS/GCP/Azure).
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
6+ years as a Team Leader, managing 6+ developers.
4+ years of hands-on React experience.
Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, Redux, Webpack, Git.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, testing (Jest, Mocha), and CI/CD.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and caching (Redis, Elasticsearch).
Bonus:
Experience with React Native.
Background in fintech or high-traffic platforms.
Familiarity with financial regulations (EU, etc.).
