We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to oversee the quality assurance of software systems within Lcontrol’s complex product landscape. This role requires deep expertise software domains, with the QA Engineer expected to ensure robust testing processes and high product quality for systems including control panels, data communication interfaces, and software applications.
The role involves both manual and automation QA, supporting high-stakes, real-world implementations and ensuring Lcontrol’s products meet rigorous reliability and compliance standards. The QA Engineer will be involved in Agile/Scrum-based projects and will prioritize automation for increased efficiency.

QA Engineer, fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and quality.
Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end QA processes for software releases, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prioritize automation testing alongside manual testing to optimize QA cycles and enhance productivity.
Own and coordinate all activities for system version releases and ensure readiness for deployment.
Create, review, and execute detailed test plans covering software components, performing hands-on testing as needed.
Oversee the preparation and execution of test cases for complex, multidisciplinary systems with an emphasis on control panels, sensors, communication protocols, web activities and data analysis.
Monitor and report on the status of testing activities, providing issue reports, conducting bug-tracking meetings, and preparing quality summaries for stakeholders.
