.Overseen detailed design and technical specifications for all CRM implementations in ICL
Analyzes business requirements and translates them into detailed design and technical specifications (FSD) of Salesforce CRM solutions for Growing Solutions and IP divisions Works closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and enhance customer experience
Work with Salesforce and 3-party Salesforce add-ons to be updated about last solutions and suggest for their implementation.
Collaborates with the CRM Platform Manager and other relevant parties to design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions.
Leads the implementation of CRM solutions in IP and Growing Solution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM in IP and Growing Solution divisions.
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems), or a related field.
+10 experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience in business analysis, including the “Salesforce Business Analyst” credential
Fluent in English
