We are looking for our next Experienced autonomous QA team leader to join our growing team in Netanya!
* Lead and manage the testing team.
* Design, implement, and maintain testing processes across multiple systems.
* Perform integration, functional, regression, and other types of testing.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems.
* Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize processes.
* Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency.
* Train and professionally manage team members.
Generate detailed reports on test results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for * improvement.
דרישות התפקיד
* 3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments.
Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages* (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)- advantage.
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
* Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards.
* High level of English writing and reading
