Startup that is a global organization revolutionizing cooling solutions for the data center. A dynamic and rapidly expanding company that specializes in developing innova-tive direct-on-chip waterless liquid cooling solutions for AI workloads.
Responsibilities:
• Support Operations in multi-disciplinary projects, component sourcing, and engineering documentation.
• Provide engineering support to production lines & CM.
• Lead and manage the introduction of new products (NPI) to manufacturing environments.
• Develop and execute project plans for NPI activities, ensuring alignment with product de-velopment timelines.
• Responsible for building and managing Product/Production files, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/fixtures design, DfX, production needs, and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for conducting product ECO process including implementation and configuration control.
