iFor Fintech is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team. The role includes managing the company's bookkeeping, working directly with internal and external stakeholders, managing financial reports, overseeing suppliers and more.
The position is full-time in Herzliya.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Bank,and supplier reconciliations
• Regular reporting to tax authorities (VAT, withholdings, income tax)
• Ongoing work with SAP Business One – invoice entry, reconciliations, report generation, etc.
• Preparation of periodic management reports
• Supporting the monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Certificate in Accounting Management - Level 1+2 (Level 3 an advantage)
• 5 + years of previous experience as a bookkeeping in a global company
• Proficiency in SAP Business One – A must
• Previous experience working with Liram/Ramnihul software – an advantage
• Experience in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations (VAT, income tax, National Insurance)
• Proficiency in Excel – A must
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) – A must
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
