Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our customers' product development projects and manage customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have background in motion systems . This role requires excellent project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage product development projects for high-end motion systems, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating project timelines, deliverables, and any potential changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to management.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
