Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly proficient Cloud Computing Expert to join our expanding technical team. In this role, you will apply your deep expertise in cloud computing and business applications to solve complex challenges, architect innovative solutions, and guide both our clients and internal teams. You will focus on leading platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk, playing a key role in delivering exceptional cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
Expert Technical Problem Solving: Independently analyze and resolve intricate technical issues and challenges arising within cloud-based business application platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and similar).
Solution Architecture & Design: Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient cloud-based solutions leveraging best practices and the capabilities of platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk to meet specific client business needs.
Technology Research & Evaluation: Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new and emerging cloud computing technologies, Tools relevant client needs
Hands-on Implementation & Configuration: Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, and customization of business application platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions to clients.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and troubleshooting steps. Develop and deliver training materials for both internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding and adoption of cloud solutions.
Mentorship & Technical Guidance: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior technical staff, fostering their growth and enhancing the overall technical capabilities of the team in the realm of cloud computing and business applications.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives, and to effectively communicate proposed solutions and technical recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience working with Cloud Computing platforms and Business Applications, with a strong emphasis on platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Zendesk.
Solid understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and best practices, with proven ability to apply them to business application scenarios.
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud environments and business application platforms.
Experience in designing and architecting cloud-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving cloud landscapes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to knowledge sharing within a team environment.
Adaptability and learning agility to stay current with the rapidly evolving field of cloud computing and business applications.
Client-facing skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Bonus Points (Skills that are advantageous):
Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk certifications.
Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
Experience with other cloud platforms beyond business applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP infrastructure).
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
