תיאור משרה

• Analyzing and resolving complex technical and business issues
• Report and submit product defects in the bug tracking system
• Performs detailed problem analysis and root cause determination
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when needed
• Feedback from the Install Base to R&D (functionality/HW)
• Suggest improvements to the product based on field experience
• Build support procedures to lower levels
• Knowledge sharing and training
• Support SW deployment stages and exhibitions

דרישות התפקיד

• BSc in Computer Science/Software engineering/Information Systems from known university or college – must
• 2+ years of experience in implementation and customer facing activities in an international environment (proven experience as a Tier 3 support engineer)
• Experience in MS-SQL (SQL scripting) and Web Servers
• Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs
• Experience in installations, configurations and maintenance of OS in Azure
• Background in networking technologies (HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP) and network components
• Familiar with network software diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark and fiddler
• Familiarity with security industry standards (ISOs, CIS, NIST, OWASP, etc.
