Performance Excellence HQ Manager
תיאור משרה
You can Expect:
• TOP USER for Strauss Coffee's performance excellence system
• Work with managers across the organization to develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure efficient strategy execution and focus
• Lead the HQ department's quarterly performance review routines
• Business and operational problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives in HQ and BUs
• Lead productivity reports from the BU and to SG HQ
• Innovate HQ procedures, digitalization and central managerial platforms for better efficiency and partnership
דרישות התפקיד
Experience Required:
• University graduate – business/ finance/ industrial engineer
• Certified green belt with expertise in Lean continuous improvement methodologies- an advantage
• Up to 5 years of experience in the field of business and/ or industrial engineering consulting firm/ business analyst
• Strong experience in analytics, KPI and operational measurement initiatives to drive improvement
• Business Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of commercial, operational, financial and people aspects of the business
• Extremely Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills together with technological abilities
• Fluent in English
