We're seeking a customer-focused Senior Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between advanced security technology and practical customer applications. You'll develop embedded demonstrations, create documentation, and build sample code that showcases our cutting-edge Flash memory and security features.
Key Responsibilities
" Own and co-ordinate of customer technical support cases to ensure timely resolution.
" Manage customer projects from systems requirements through solution delivery
" Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation and application notes
" Develop demonstrations that effectively explain complex security concepts
" Integrate new platforms, drivers, and physical interfaces into existing systems
" Collaborate with R&D teams to implement customer solutions
