Ensures the application of the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance.
Contributes to the preparation and regular updating of the Contract Summary and the Contract Management Strategy Plan (CMSP).
Monitors contract obligations and project schedules to meet milestones and ensures timely communication with customers/partners regarding contractual matters.
Supports the organization of Contract Management Day and provides training on contract/claim management.
Analyzes contracts to drive the implementation of the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan and keeps it updated quarterly.
Manages discrepancies in correspondence, contributes to the Return of Experience (REX), and ensures reliable filing for easy access.
Develops commercial procedures, maintains insurance policy validity, and collaborates with Project Managers and Engineers to mitigate risks and leverage claim opportunities.
Supports dispute resolution processes, including preparation for Dispute Arbitration Boards (DAB) and litigation assistance when requested
