We're looking for a skilled BI Team Lead to shape the future of our data-driven decisions and guide a talented team of analysts and engineers.
Role Highlights:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and data engineers.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a scalable BI strategy aligned with business objectives.
Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Insight Delivery: Partner with teams across the company to provide actionable insights.
Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize data pipelines within the Google ecosystem.
Innovative Approach: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices for data management, automation, and analytical advancements.

Your Impact:
Build a data-driven culture and act as a data advocate across the organization.
Define key business metrics, identify data needs, and create insightful dashboards and reports.
Drive BI projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution.

דרישות התפקיד

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of experience leading a BI team, with a strong background in analytics.
Hands-on experience with optimizing data pipelines in the Google ecosystem, including tools such as BigQuery and Looker.
2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry- A big advantage!
Strong analytical and business understanding, with the ability to interpret and address complex business challenges.
Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and presenting data insights to various stakeholders.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
BSc/BA degree is a plus.
