High Sec Labs is looking for s site manager to manage its electro-mechanical production site in
Huntsville, AL, USA.
The site manager will be responsible for the site development, performance and deliverables for
all manufacturing activities of the organization in the USA to produce an efficient service and
delivery solutions, maximizing performance profitability against pre-agreed targets.
The site manager will manage the site workforce (about 100 hourly and salaried employees)
and will oversee all departments and departments managers.
The site manager will be the escalation point for all Customer related activities.
The site manager will report to High Sec Labs headquarters in Israel.
* Manages the company’s production facility, supplying multiple customers, maintaining
safety and quality of processes and products while maximizing performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets.
* Employ the best methods and management strategies to achieve goals while implementing and maintaining continuous improvement processes.
* Responsibility to adhere to budgets and plan to maximize profitability
* Assist department Managers (quality, production, WH, HR, Finance and planning) in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans
* Develop and execute strategic plans and team activities to achieve targets for site capabilities growth.
* Develop and execute plans for employees and managers’ growth.
* Ensuring that the facilities team understands its duties and its role within the organization.
* Manage and maintain contact with internal and external ustomers.
* Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
* Facilitate smooth running of the team and organization facilities as a whole.
