•Sales order processing in an accurate and timely manner
•Proper and timely maintenance of customer hierarchies, coordinating their introduction in SAP and informing sales reps
•Set up and document the order process for new customers
•Responsible for controlling and coordinating the execution of order management procedures, required for checking stock availability and scheduling of dispatch to customers
•Collaborates with sales reps, customers, finance and supply chain to ensure high standards of service levels are met
•Handles and resolves customer complaints
•Monitors and coordinates the resolution of timely customer complaints and ensures the correct maintenance of relevant archive files for auditing reasons
•Responsible for the timely issuance of credit notes related to returns or other customer activities/claims
•Prepare & Maintain metrics, reports & process documentation
•Responsible for free of charge orders’ entry in SAP
•Maintain customer reservations in SAP
•Maintain products substitution / material determination in SAP
•Prepare, issue & send all related invoices to the customers
•Responsible of controlling the invoice issuance process, in order to be completed in an accurate & timely manner
•Handles & resolves all issues regarding the invoicing process
•Other ad hoc projects
•Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and regulations
