Knowledge on the PLC process of a product
Should exhibit good leadership skills and ensuring timely delivery of product.
Should be good in communication and get the work done based on requirement
Understanding System specifications, Firmware and Memory requirements
Perform NAND Flash storage based analysis and verification from product definition and planning through production and release
Understanding on NAND Flash system level behavior characterizations
Participate in-cross functional meetings such as with Memory, Firmware and cross-functional product line teams to develop, test and qualify Flash storage products
Provide feedbacks, ideas and innovations on new system features for next generation memory developments
Should be working with counterparts across sites in coordinating on Frameworks, System, Memory, Firmware, ESD tests, Production tests, etc.
Should be capable of handling RCA, CAPA, 8D, process improvements
Understanding the product and test engineering flow
Making sure product meets the Quality and Reliability specifications of the product.
