iFOR Fintech, the technological division of the iFOREX Group, is a leading fintech development company, building the financial systems used by iFOREX and supporting the global marketing efforts of our leading trading platform, is seeking for a Help desk with experience in supporting and servicing internal & external clients.
The HD team is responsible for end-to-end support to 400 employees in Israel and abroad as well as clients support. Monitoring the system & escalating when incidents occur.
Full time job.
Shifts:
Once per week: Afternoon shift – From home
Responsibilities includes:
• Supporting users calling to the HD with different win, office, telephony problems
• Software and hardware installation (VPN, office applications, CRM, printers, etc.)
• Strong hardware skills – installing SSD, replacing fan, memory, etc. – Is a must
• Client’s support – Monitoring the company production system & handling customer issues.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a global Service Desk support, providing remote international support – MUST.
• At least 2 years' experience in a working environment with Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud office environments.
• High knowledge level in office365
• Strong communication skills - Fluent English, read, write – Must.
• Professional course in the field of networks such as MCITP, MCSA- an advantage
