You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.
Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage plans for both online campaigns and offline events.
Global Digital Campaigns: Oversee and execute hands-on global digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
Performance Optimization: Manage budgets effectively and optimize campaign results.
Team Management: Lead a team responsible for online marketing, offline events, content creation, and website management. Conduct regular reviews and recruit as needed.
Brand Compliance: Ensure alignment with global branding standards.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
