What you will be doing-
- Data Strategy: Identify, assess, and leverage data sources that enrich our marketplace with new and valuable data.
- Team Leadership: Lead a talented team of data enrichment specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and driving individual growth while aligning team efforts with the marketplace's data strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data product managers, marketing, analysts, and engineering teams .
- Innovation and Exploration: Stay updated on emerging data sources, enrichment tools ensuring our platform remains competitive and data-rich.
- Data Quality and Process Efficiency: Work closely with the technical data team on workflows for data sourcing, cleaning, automation and enrichment, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and scalability in all enrichment efforts.
