Yad2's BI & Analytics Department is seeking a Business/BI Analyst to join our team of BI professionals, delivering high-impact analytical insights across all departments, with a strong focus on business, marketing, and product analytics.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Yad2's business model, products, services, and KPIs, with a focus on providing actionable insights for growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments, including business, marketing, and product teams, to monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct data-driven investigations to solve product and business challenges, leveraging statistical analysis to optimize user engagement and improve business outcomes
- Support product teams and executives in making data-informed decisions through rigorous analysis of user behavior, product usage, and marketing effectiveness
- Lead A/B testing analysis to measure the impact of changes on user experience and revenue
- Build and automate dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness of key metrics, helping teams to understand and act on data insights
- 1-2 years of analytical experience in B2C/B2B services, Ad-tech, e-commerce, internet companies, or companies with a large user base
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to support comprehensive data insights
- Experience with product analytics—including retention, user flows, funnels, and feature impact—is a strong advantage
- Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets within an analytics, business, or monetization-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, make strategic recommendations, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
