Head of Chemistry

Requirements:
MSc - must have. PhD - advantage.
Chemical or chemical engineering background.
Leadership experience with high interpersonal and communication skills.
Practical experience in downstream processing and analytical methods.
Practical experience in a laboratory environment.
Advantage - Affinity towards chemical engineering/ organic chemistry and process scale up.

Job Description:
Leading a team of chemists responsible for all chemical research and DSP processes optimizations.
Design experiments, research goals and schedule.
Analysis of results.
Overseeing collaborations with other teams and third parties.
Working closely with engineering team and manufacturing team towards upscaling lab processes to industrial scale.
Supporting full scale facility planning.
Responsibility for documentation, traceability, project summaries and technology transfer.
