Senior Interaction and Systems Product Designer

MC is offering a rare opportunity for a Senior Interaction and Systems Product Designer to join BMC Control-M, the global leader in business automation, that is revolutionizing our lives.

This role is part of the design team for BMC Control-M R&D and is responsible for design operations, UX, UI, and design systems for BMC Control-M products. As a centralized design team in R&D, we craft our own processes and work with a spirit of collaboration, empathy, mutual feedback, and support. In this role, you’ll partner daily with designers, product managers, and development teams to modernize and simplify experiences for complex user software. In this role, you will take hands-on ownership over foundational areas of our design system and our development process. Set the?standard?for UI?by crafting?and?maintaining?guidelines for the design team that?align with our strategic vision, to?ensure?consistency and excellence.
Grow and?maintain?our?modern design system?of UI assets?to?support concept development, detailed design deliveries, and interactive user testing.
Collaborate?closely?with fellow designers, product managers, and development teams to create user-centric design concepts and detailed design?deliveries.
Communicate?visually?with?wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate your design solutions.
