Summary

The Subsidiary Controller is responsible for Supporting, monitoring, and analyzing the financial reporting and budgeting of the subsidiaries, and constitutes the contact between subsidiaries’ finance and HQ finance. The position reports to the Global FPA Manager and works closely with the subsidiaries’ F&As and FPA team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

Be a liaison and support to subsidiaries’ finance teams – financial/accounting, budgeting, operational, technical (relevant IT systems), etc.
Provide proactive business support and build strong partnerships with the relevant functions.
Responsibility for intercompany transactions with subsidiaries (including booking of transactions) and administration of sales and inventory at subsidiaries.
Review and analyze results, reporting, and finance statements of subsidiaries.
Connect between HQ finance teams and subsidiaries’ finance teams.
Maintenance and technical support for the finance statements module in the internal reporting system (QlikView).
Involvement in budget and forecasting of the local company.
Other assignments may be added as needed.
