תיאור משרה

What You'll Do:
Manage the "day-to-day" office routines, ensure smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, and maintenance (cleaning, parking, deliveries, etc.)
Be the focal point for managers and employees on any office-related duties including maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, office equipment
Maintain contact with the welfare department (events, gifts, deliveries, etc.)
Ensure a positive office atmosphere and employees’ satisfaction
Arrange and prepare for meetings and courses
Take part in on and off boarding of employees

This is a full time 8:00-17:00/9:30-18:30 position in the Hertzliya offices

דרישות התפקיד

Who You Are:
High level of English - must
Past experience in administrative roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Trustworthy, honest, and able to work alone without supervision.
A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills; you enjoy working with others and being part of a team
You like working in a fast-paced environment
You intuitively understand how to manage your time and prioritize multiple tasks at once
Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
