We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on CFO with a strong global high-tech background to join our executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting its next stage of global growth. The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board, combining high-level strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to building processes, financial infrastructure, reporting, and a scalable global Finance organization. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, supporting key business and investment decisions. • Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy, aligned with business objectives and global growth plans. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, cash flow management, resource allocation, and financial performance management. • Translate business strategy into financial plans, investment priorities, KPIs, dashboards, and measurable business outcomes. • Provide the CEO with timely financial reports, strategic analyses, management presentations, insights, and recommendations. · Implement automated reporting processes, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and real-time visibility into financial and business performance. • Lead all fundraising activities, including equity financing, SAFE agreements, venture debt, project financing, short-term financing, and IPO readiness. • Manage funding rounds end-to-end, including financial modeling, valuations, cap table management, investment scenarios, due diligence, and VDR management. • Build and lead Investor Relations, including investor presentations, financial materials, business cases, and relationships with investors, VC funds, banks, and financial institutions. • Lead the company's global Finance organization, including Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Costing, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. • Build and continuously improve scalable financial processes, policies, governance, internal controls, and financial infrastructure. • Maintain a highly hands-on approach, with the ability to work at both strategic and detailed operational levels and build processes from the ground up. • Drive finance transformation using AI tools, automation, ERP systems, and digital technologies to improve reporting, forecasting, planning, efficiency, and decision-making. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, audits, tax requirements, transfer pricing, financial regulations, and corporate governance. • Manage global subsidiaries, multi-currency operations, banking relationships, liquidity, and treasury activities. • Prepare and present financial and strategic materials for Board and shareholder meetings. • Support M&A, strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, government grants, ESOP administration, and global expansion.
