Technology Project Manager | From Business Needs to Delivery
Full-time | On-site | Southern Central Israel
Looking for your next technology project management challenge?
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology and execution. You’ll take business needs, break them down, define the technological requirements, and drive the process forward together with development teams, vendors and stakeholders – all the way to go-live.
The Day-to-Day
• Own and manage technology projects from requirements to implementation
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions
• Map processes and prepare technical specifications for development
• Coordinate development teams and external vendors in a matrix environment
• Work with multiple stakeholders in Israel and internationally
• Prioritize tasks, resolve roadblocks and keep delivery moving forward
דרישות התפקיד
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need
? 5+ years of Technology Project Management experience
? Proven experience managing projects End-to-End
? Experience with requirements analysis, process mapping and technical specifications
? Strong technological orientation and experience working directly with development teams
? Excellent English – written and spoken
? Independence, ownership, initiative and strong problem-solving skills
? The ability to move forward and make decisions even when not everything is clearly defined
An advantage: Pre-Sales / Solution Design experience, Salesforce, CRM / ERP / BI environments, experience in complex organizations, or exposure to AI-based projects.
One More Thing
This is a full-time, fully on-site position in the southern-central area of Israel. Due to the location, commuting by car is recommended.
