• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering – required
• 7+ years in verification– required
• Proven experience on full ASIC flow from design to tapeout – required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills – required
• Leadership or technical management experience – preferred
• Track record of guiding teams to excellence and delivery – preferred
• Bonus: Python/Bash scripting, SoC experience, formal verification, Palladium, or GLS
